Located on a suggestive hill overlooking the seaside town of Agropoli and the enchanting valley of the temples of Paestum, an ancient settlement of Magna Graecia, Villa Roberta is a comfortable structure surrounded by greenery of about one hectare of land owned with centuries-old olive trees, orchard and vegetable garden The villa offers a breathtaking view from the hills of Cilento to the Agropoli bay, the Paestum valley, to extend to the island of Capri, the gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi coast. The house, recently renovated, is spread over two floors for an extension of 240 square meters.It has a large outdoor patio on the ground floor, and internally a large living room with adjoining built-in kitchen, wood oven, internal barbecue and dining area, study, sitting area with fireplace, television, home theater, stereo with DVD bluray and satellite system. A well-stocked library and video collection are also available. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with laundry and storage room. The large living room allows multiple exits to the outside along the entire perimeter of the house, including a direct exit to the garden and swimming pool. It is also possible to organize parties / events; long-term bookings accepted; children are allowed; Pets are allowed; Smoking is allowed and wheelchair accessible. Car: necessary NB: THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FROM 15 MAY TO 15 OCTOBER (the dates indicated may undergo small variations in relation to climatic conditions or contingent technical reasons). closed from October 16th to May 14th for seasonal maintenance.
